New Outlook for Windows - Customize Actions Settings Revert to Default After Several Days

We are experiencing an issue with New Outlook for Windows where user-configured settings under Settings > Mail > Customize Actions are not retained permanently.

Users customize actions such as:

• Move to Folder
• Mark as Read/Unread
• Flag
• Pin
• Archive
• Delete
• Swipe Actions

The settings save successfully and work as expected initially. However, after several days, the customized actions automatically revert back to the default Outlook configuration without any user intervention

• Is this affecting one user or multiple users?
• What is the New Outlook version/build? (Settings → General → About Outlook)
• Does the issue occur only in New Outlook for Windows, or do the settings also reset in Outlook on the web (OWA)?
• Approximately how long after saving the settings do they revert to default?
