How to access old xbox account without access to the email it was registered to?

How can I gain access to my old XBOX account without the email that I used to use for it? I previously had Comcast when I was younger, but that email was deleted by Comcast after 2+ years of inactivity. I have tried twice to use the Microsoft Account Recovery form and have failed the check each time. All I have is my gamer tag, previous address, and actual name. I made this account when I was a kid and was hoping to restore all my achievements to a new XBOX 360 I got from EBAY. Thanks for the help.

    Hello Stephen Duarte,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

To access an account when you no longer have access to the security email, you will need to fill out whether the Password Reset Form or the Account Recovery Form, however, they will need some information to make sure that you are the rightful owner of the account. Forum moderators, even live Microsoft Support, cannot help in this.

If you cannot fill out the form, you can try to see if there are any device that your account is still logging in, if that's the case, you can change your password and the recovery method there. However, it will go through 30 days wait period for the recovery method change.

    Thank you for your understanding.
