Need a button in redeem for my points I've only fourteen thousand and mini pay keeps asking for a deposit but it's just telling me awaiting

I want some way to exchange my points in my opera rewards scheme with desired condition to keep playing the game but it's getting real hard as my points are just stacking up without getting converted in not sure to carry on as I really wanna take part in earning mini pay with opera rewards for my internet times

I understand how frustrating it can be to see your points accumulating without a clear option to redeem them.

Could you please confirm whether these are Microsoft Rewards points or points earned through Opera Rewards? If they are Opera Rewards points and the issue involves MiniPay, this would be managed by Opera rather than Microsoft Rewards. In that case, please contact Opera or MiniPay Support so they can check the missing redeem option and the “awaiting” status on your account.

Microsoft Rewards points can only be redeemed through the Microsoft Rewards redemption flow. There is no separate conversion method for turning points into a code outside the available rewards on the Redeem page.

To redeem available rewards:

1. Go to the Microsoft Rewards dashboard.
2. Open Redeem.
3. Select the gift card or reward to review its details.
4. Choose any available Options.
5. Select Redeem Rewards.

If a specific gift card or reward is not showing, some gift cards are not always available and may be restocked later. The Redeem page shows only currently eligible rewards.

If redemption is stuck at awaiting, not allowing redemption, or an order is cancelled, check these supported causes:

• using a VPN
• using a VoIP phone number instead of a mobile or landline number for verification
• redeeming in a different region than the one used to sign up
• using multiple regions
• being signed in to a different Microsoft account

To get a reward code or link after redeeming:

1. Go to Order History.
2. Find the reward.
3. Select Order Details to view the redemption code or link.
4. Select Resend to get the confirmation again.

If the reward is a non-Microsoft branded gift card or redemption continues to fail, contact Microsoft Rewards Customer Support.
