I have been trying to get access to my email addresses since April and I followed the instructions and never received anything back from Microsoft. I had to setup this new account so I can use my windows 11. I have filled out the form that is asked to do every so many months since I have been trying to get help. I do not get any emails from Microsoft with email address I provided for them to contact me to let me know what to do next. I need my three email addresses back where I can access them and use them again. Can someone contact me please. I do not know what else to do.

    Can Microsoft Please get back with me on this

    No one from Microsoft Support monitors this forum.

    If you want to chat with support you have to initiate the conversation using one of the standard channels. But Microsoft Account Security is an automated process. Microsoft Support Agents can not unlock an account, reset your password, or change any Security Settings no matter what documentation you can present.

    • Logon to https://outlook.live.com/ with any working Microsoft account. Once you are in Chat you can tell them the actual account with the problem.
    • From the main menu: Help -> ? Help
    • {This should open the Help side panel}
    • Search Help -> {Your problem} and press Enter
    • Still need help? [Yes]
    • If you get "We're here to help": Tell us your problem -> {Your problem, again} [Get Help]
    • [Sign In] {Use any Outlook/Microsoft account}
    • Choose a support option -> Chat with a support agent in your web browser

    They want the codes from my Authenticator app that I no longer have access to

    If you can complete one verification method for your account (e.g. password)

    But can't access any of the other verification methods, and have repeatedly failed the Account Recovery process, or can't use Account Recovery because your account has Two-step Verification (2FA, MFA), then you can try to request that all the verification methods be replaced.

    This will put your account in a 30 day "Pending Request" state. You will have limited access to the account during this period or no access at all if the account has Two-step Verification enabled.

    If you can not complete any verification methods

    Your only choice is the Account recovery process, which you have already tried. Microsoft offers these suggestions for that process.

    If you have exhausted all of these possibilities

    Yu will not be able to recover your account. I am very sorry, I know that losing access to your account is more than just an inconvenience. It can cause real hardship and financial losses.

    Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    Did you check your Junk or SPAM email folders and see if you have received the recovery email from Microsoft and it ended up there?

    Microsoft takes account security very seriously, which is why account recovery is an automated process with no human influence. If you don’t have the correct information, you may not be able to complete verification through the recovery form. Even Microsoft Support cannot grant access to your account, as you’ll be redirected to the account recovery pages.

    Regarding the account recovery process,

    1. May I please know the exact error message you receive when you sign in with your Microsoft account online?
    2. Are you getting the same error for all three Microsoft accounts?
    3. Is your account locked, or are you having trouble resetting your password?

    Please note that it can be very difficult to get verified by Microsoft if the account is new and was created and locked within a week or a month.

    Since you may not have enough information to answer the account recovery form, you may find it difficult to complete it, and the automated response may reject it because it does not contain enough information for verification. If you are trying to complete the account recovery form for a new account, you may want to consider creating a new Microsoft account.

    If you're having any trouble with Windows 11, let me know. You can also use another Microsoft account to sign in to your device.
