Hi, I already posted a question on this matter earlier today and I'm grateful to have received part of the reply in an e-mail, from Darren Bruce.

However, only part of the reply was visible in the e-mail and when I clicked on "see the reply" (which I guess means see the whole reply), it took me to a page which said "This content was deleted due to a violation of our code of conduct.....".

I don't what's going there but the bottom line is that the thing I really need to know is still not clear, which is how do I cancel the automatic renewal of the Microsoft 365 which I don't need and haven't used for 4 years?

Darren , if you are seeing this, could you please be so kind to copy and paste the entire text of your original reply and send it to me. Please feel free to use send a reply to ******@gmail.com...............many thanks.

The Steps to cancel a Microsoft 365 subscription are provided on this link also, while you are managing the subscription using these steps, ensure you disable the recurring billing on the subscription to avoid any further payments.

You may then be entitled to a refund, you can check your eligibility to a refund using the steps on this link.
