I want to cancel cash back but cannot find a way to do it. How do I cancel it?

Are you referring to Microsoft CashBack or have you cancelled a Microsoft 365 subscription and want to stop that?

If it is Microsoft 365 CashBack, there is no separate process to cancel Cash Back, to do that you would need to opt out of Bing Rewards using the steps they provide on this link.
