New laptop stuck at Let's add your Microsoft account

I have a new laptop. Am trying to set it up. It is stuck (just keeps sending a line through the box) at the spot where I should choose a way to sign in.

The best option is to use this process to create a Local Account and skip entering Microsoft account details so you can get into Windows, you can then add your Microsoft account details to the Local account.

On that screen, press Shift + F10 or Shift + Fn + F10 to open Command Prompt.

Then enter this command and press Enter.

start ms-cxh:localonly

Then follow the prompts on the resulting window to create the new Local account.
