Due to a series of unfortunate events, i can't log in to my previous Microsoft account. It has 2 factor identification and I can only get past one step (the telephone number is still correct. My authenticator doesn't work, my previous company shut off my recovery emailaddress and the codes are on my previous companies laptop and I also can't get into that. So I'm stuck. I have given up on recovering the emailaddress (which I had for 20 years), but I want to stop the monthly subscription on my creditcard. How do I do this? please help.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and I understand that you are looking and trying to cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription.

If you are unable to recover your account specifically if the options for it is not available or it has already been exhausted as that can get you to cancel the subscription from there, the next thing that you can do is to reach out to the bank to block future transaction related to the subscription or replace your card as or if needed to avoid additional or future unwanted charge/s.
