Hi Support Team,
I scheduled my Microsoft DP-600 exam for today, August 12, 2026 (Access Code: 522-898-479).
Unfortunately, the OnVUE application crashed repeatedly upon opening, and I was completely unable to complete check-in due to this technical software failure on my laptop.
Important Note: My exam discount/voucher is expiring tomorrow, August 13, 2026. Because this issue was caused by a launch crash during my scheduled exam time, please create a case ticket and extend/re-issue my voucher so I can reschedule my exam.
