Both me and my wife have separate MS365 accounts, but they are constantly interfering with each other. I get some of her work on my OneDrive and she gets mine. Logging in with passwords is a never-ending battle. We obviously are on the same network, but would like to keep our work separate.

    Hello Randall Prince

Being connected to the same network should not cause two separate Microsoft accounts or OneDrive storage locations to mix.

On each computer, please select the OneDrive cloud icon in the taskbar, open Help & Settings > Settings > Account, and confirm that only the correct Microsoft account is listed. If the other person’s account appears, select Unlink this PC, then sign back in using the correct account.

Also open Word or Excel and check File > Account to make sure Office is signed in with the same account used by OneDrive. Remove any account belonging to the other person.

Before deleting or moving any files, verify which account owns them through OneDrive on the web, since deleting files from a synced folder may also delete them from the associated cloud storage.

I hope this helps you identify where the accounts are becoming linked.

Feel free reply back to this post if you need further assistance, I'll be happy to help.

    Hello.

On your own devices do you each use your own Microsoft account to sign into Windows? I meant Windows not Microsoft 365. What other devices you might be using besides Windows devices?

We both have separate credentials and separate equipment. I checked to see if I was sharing my membership with anyone, and I am not. I'll continue to try to find what might be linking the 2 devices.
