NOT ABLE TO ASSOCIATE MY LEARNING ACCOUNT WITH MY PARTNER NETWORK ACCOUNT

Hi Sir,

PFB in which saying mayuresh.kakalis@harsh.com .com do not have registered in learning account. But in the other screenshot below I have MCID assigned with mayuresh.kakalis@harsh.com .com

Also, I am not able to edit my profile.
