Hi, I got my credentials stolen via a malware installed on my pc, and recently they stole my microsoft account where I have games, OneDrive files and more. I already contacted support from the Xbox Recovery Form and they suspended the account while this process is being solved. I also filled the ACSR Form and they gave me no solution (needs more information, I gave them all what they needed)

This account is while I recover my main account (stolen one)

    Hello Eze
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A and I'm so sorry to hear about the situation.
First, please run a full malware scan using Windows Defenders

And as for your account, at this point you've followed the most directly approach that is filled in the ACSR form. I understand that right now the support team has suspended the account as you mentioned above, therefore I can only advise you to filled in the ACSR form again and check out this article for more help: Help with Microsoft account recovery form

Since this is a user-to-user form and us moderator do not have any access nor authorization to review or recover account, we can only direct you to the ACSR form since that is the only path apply for these situations. In addition, you can also try the Reinstatement form.
    Thank you for your understanding.
