Cant access microsoft 365

Hi

I have just paid for another year subscription of microsoft 365 on my laptop and wish to set it up on my new computer. When I sign in with username ******@bigpond.com there is no subscription for 365 and no history of any purchase yet i receive emails about my subscription.

How do I find out if I have another login account?

Log into any Microsoft account you may have on this link, do you find your Microsoft 365 subscription listed there on any account you may have?

If you are unable to find the subscription, on your laptop, open Word, then go to File - Account.

There, you should see the Email address of the Microsoft account being used in the Office apps, is the new subscription not listed on that account online?
