Unable to verify identity to log in

Good day,

We have three admin accounts on our domain. All three have the same problem as we are unable to log into the admin centre and unblock all the three admin accounts for MFA purposes. We have two errors codes being 399287 and 500121. We are unable to reset this. Please can you urgently assist. We have logged various tickets but cannot seem to receive assistance.

    Hello NixH,

    I noticed that you mentioned having already logged several support tickets. Could you please confirm whether any of those tickets were created successfully and whether you received a Microsoft Support case number?

    If you have a case number, please do not post it publicly in this thread. A forum moderator may be able to contact you through Private Message and help check the current status of the support case.

    @Nam-D , could you please assist with reviewing the ticket status for this tenant-wide administrator MFA lockout, if the customer can provide a valid case number privately?
