Missing AZ-900 (now Introduction to Cloud Infrastructure) on my account

A few years ago at my last job I took the AZ-900 certificate and it doesn't seem to appear on my profile now. Was curious if I have to recover it and how I can do that (I don't have access to my old companies email/data but my account does seem linked to that email still)

Check your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab ensuring you are signed into Microsoft Learn with the correct email address

If the certification is missing, the most likely causes are signing in to the wrong Learn profile or losing access to the login account that owns the profile.

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn and check Profile → Credentials → Certifications.
    2. Also check Profile → Transcript to see whether the certification appears there.
    3. Try signing in with any other login accounts that may have been used when registering for the exam, including a personal Microsoft account or a work or school account.
    4. Review whether the certification was earned under a different Learn profile. This commonly happens when an exam was registered with a different login account than the one currently being used.
    5. If the old company account is still linked but access to that account has been lost, Microsoft cannot assist with recovery of work or school accounts. Access must be restored through the former workplace or school IT administrator.
    6. If access to the original profile cannot be restored, certifications cannot be transferred between Learn profiles, and Microsoft Credentials Support cannot transfer or restore the contents of a Learn profile that is no longer accessible.
    7. For a missing credential that should still be on the profile, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.

    Important details:

    • Access to a Learn profile requires sign-in with at least one valid login account linked to that profile.
    • If no alternate account was added before losing access to the old work account, access to that Learn profile and its data can be lost.
    • To avoid this in the future, add a personal Microsoft account to the Learn profile using Add login account in Learn profile settings.
