Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Hi,
Thank you for providing the detailed information. I understand how important it is to regain access to your licenses so that your organization can continue using the products.
For Microsoft 365 cloud subscriptions, licenses are generally managed through the Microsoft 365 admin center and do not require a traditional product key. If your organization has access to the Microsoft 365 tenant associated with the TechSoup order, a Global Administrator can sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center to view and manage subscriptions, assigned licenses, and billing information.
If the products purchased through TechSoup include Windows or Office Volume Licensing, the corresponding product keys may be available in:
Microsoft 365 admin center > Billing > Your products > Volume licensing > Downloads and keys
Please note that only users with the appropriate Volume Licensing permissions can view these details.
For reference:
Additionally, TechSoup, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft for Nonprofits accounts are separate systems. Access to your licenses is typically tied to the Microsoft tenant and administrator account that was originally used to redeem or activate the products through the nonprofit program: How do I access donated and discounted Microsoft for Nonprofits products on TechSoup?

If you no longer have access to the original administrator account, I recommend contacting the Microsoft for Nonprofits Support team. They can assist with verifying your organization and, where possible, help you regain access to the tenant associated with your licenses. Be prepared to provide supporting documentation such as:
- TechSoup order details or transaction records
- Nonprofit registration or business documents
- Organization domain information
- Email addresses that may have been used during the original setup or purchase process

I hope this information helps point you in the right direction. If you have any further questions or need clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d be happy to assist.
Thank you for your understanding, and have a wonderful day ahead.
