Does an Israeli Osek Patur qualify for Microsoft for Startups Business Verification?

I'm currently in Microsoft for Startups with the initial $1,000 Azure credits.

Before completing Business Verification, I'd like to confirm whether an Israeli Osek Patur (עוסק פטור / registered sole proprietor) qualifies as a "registered legal entity" for the $5,000 credit milestone.

Can I complete Business Verification with an Osek Patur and its Israeli tax/business registration, or is an incorporated Israeli Ltd. company (חברה בע״מ) required?

Thanks!

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/startups/microsoft-for-startups/application#eligibility-criteria implies that it must be a legal entity registered with the jurisdiction the organization is based in and this normally means a company with an id that can be searched and verified on a public registry not self-employed/freelance.
