    Hi Jennie,

Could you clarify what you’d like me to help you with regarding the subscription or billing?

    1. Are you being charged for the subscription directly instead of your office?
    2. Are you seeing any duplicate charges or subscriptions?
    3. Are you looking to confirm who is responsible for the payment, or are you requesting a refund or cancellation?
    4. Do you require a recent invoice or billing statement?

Once I have a clearer understanding of your current situation, I’ll be happy to assist you with greater accuracy. Please feel free to share any additional details you believe are relevant. Screenshots are especially helpful and much appreciated.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out.

I'm looking forward to your reply.
