cant connect my Bluetooth headset

i cant connect my Bluetooth headset to my pc, it wont pop up when i try to pair it

While waiting for your response to the questions from the Independent Advisor, I'd also like to gather a bit more information about the Bluetooth hardware in your PC.

Please open Device Manager and expand the Bluetooth section. Check whether your Bluetooth adapter is listed normally or if there are any warning symbols next to it.

You can also right-click the Bluetooth adapter, select Properties and let us know if any error message appears under Device status.

If possible, please share a screenshot of the Bluetooth section in Device Manager. This can help determine whether the issue is related to the Bluetooth adapter itself or only to device discovery and pairing.

Is this the first time you've connected your headphones to this computer, or were you already using them and they suddenly stopped working?

Have you tested the headphones on another device?

Please send me the manufacturer and model of your computer.
