Hello,

I would like to request a refund for my Microsoft 365 subscription.

I originally signed up to try the service and did not realize that the subscription would automatically renew unless canceled. I recently discovered charges on my account and learned that recurring billing had remained active.

I have paid subscription fees over the past year, including charges of approximately $2.17 per month and a charge of $24.99 on August 3, 2025. I did not intentionally continue the subscription and have not used Microsoft 365 services during this period.

I have now reviewed my account and believe the subscription has ended. I respectfully request that Microsoft review my account and consider a refund for the charges paid while the subscription renewed without my awareness.
