This is an inquiry regarding an unknown card charge. I am requesting a suspension of recurring payments due to the loss of account information. Please provide the account information for the payment card.

Please note that this forum is a community support space. We do not have access to Microsoft billing systems, subscription records, payment information, or customer accounts. Therefore, we cannot identify which Microsoft account is associated with a payment card, stop recurring charges, or make billing changes on your behalf.

    Dear @Harrison Mia,

    I hope you’re having a good day.

Based on your description, this appears to be a billing and subscription ownership issue rather than a technical Microsoft 365 issue.

If you have lost access to the account associated with the charges, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly. They have access to the tools required to investigate charges, verify account ownership, and assist with subscription-related requests.

You can contact Microsoft Support here: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

(A quick note based on my experience: if you choose to contact Microsoft by phone, I recommend calling during normal business hours whenever possible. In some cases, it can take a few attempts to reach the appropriate billing or subscription support queue, and automated call routing may not always behave as expected.

If you're unable to get through on the first attempt, don't be discouraged. Try calling again later or at a different time of day, as call volumes and routing availability can vary.)

When contacting support, it may help to have available:

    • The date and amount of the charge.
    • The last four digits of the payment card.
    • Any transaction references shown on the card statement.
    • Any email addresses that may have been used to purchase Microsoft subscriptions.

If you suspect the charge is unauthorized and you're unable to identify the associated account, you may also wish to contact your card issuer or bank to discuss the transaction and available protections.

I hope this helps point you to the appropriate support channel. Please let me know if you have any updates.

    Warm regards,
