Hi Have purchased Microsoft 360 subscription. Activate Excel using the same login but not able to activate word and powerpoint?

    Are you using a Mac or Windows computer?

    If you’re using a Mac, what version of macOS are you using (for example, Ventura 13, Monterey 12, Sonoma 14, or Sequoia 15)?

    Can you confirm if your license or subscription appears there and is listed as active?
