My son had a personal Microsoft 365 account with a monthly subscription. I have a family account with an annual subscription. I moved him to be under my family account. I am still being charged for the monthly acccount (latest invoice is invoice number G17--------. When I login under his info, the family account shows so i cannot figure out how to cancel the monthly subscription on the personal account. The monthly personal subscription does not sho under the family account and is under a different card number.

    Hi Casey,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

According to the Invoice ID you provided, this invoice is associated with a Work/School account, not a Family account.

Therefore, you will not be able to find information about this subscription under your Family account.

Please search your email inbox to see if you have any emails containing an @xxx.onmicrosoft.com address.

I have sent you a private message. Once you have that information, please share it with me, and I will continue to assist you.
