Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Kindly follow the guide on the official Microsoft website to investigate the details and locate the duplicate subscription charge from Microsoft at this link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

If you're able to find the second transaction and if this happens to be a forgotten subscription renewal, you can check if it is eligible for a refund through this link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-get-a-refund-on-a-microsoft-subscription-67dca30b-b323-44d5-acc2-e02f9902c472

You may also try contacting Microsoft Billing Support for further assistance in tracking the duplicate charge:

    https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SmcContactUsLanding

Type "Billing Issue" > click "Get Help" > Scroll down to Sign in to Contact Support > Select "Contact Support" > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Payment Updates > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser

If you and the Support Team are unable to find the second transaction in all of your accounts, you'll need to contact your financial institution/bank directly to dispute it, and they may process a refund, as this would be considered a fraudulent charge.

You may also need to have your card blocked and request a new one.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

    1. Check whether this is a true duplicate charge or two payments posted close together for the same subscription cycle. Microsoft notes this can happen if an earlier payment was retried after insufficient funds, making two payments appear very close together.
    2. Sign in and review your order history for multiple purchases of the same amount that appear close together: Review your order history
    3. If the duplicate charge does not appear in order history, go to Manage your payments and select Investigate to check whether another Microsoft account is using the same card: Go to payment options
    4. Also check Services & subscriptions to confirm there is only one active Microsoft 365 Personal subscription. If there are two subscriptions, cancel the unwanted one. Refund eligibility for a Microsoft subscription is checked after cancellation: Start
    5. If this was an accidental or unauthorized purchase, use the refund flow for Microsoft purchases.
    6. If both $105.99 charges are for the same order, have the Microsoft account and order number ready and contact Microsoft Store Support.
    7. If the subscription was purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another retailer, billing and refunds must be handled by that provider instead of Microsoft.
