Request to change legal name as my government ID doesnt have my last name on it

Have a look at:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/settings

Enter your legal name EXACTLY as it appears on your Government Issued ID. You must take this ID to the certification exam and the proctor will check that they match. If you don't have a legal last name, please enter _ in the last name field.

Hi @Chirag

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/ , Sign-in into your account, then go into Your info, then click on Edit name, you may change your first name and surname.
