Lost access to work email - need to transfer certificate to private account

Question

I am writing to request assistance with recovering and transferring my certification. I passed the exam using my former company email address, which has now been deactivated by my previous employer, and I no longer have access to it. I would like to link this certification to my current personal Microsoft Learn profile. I do not have access to the old account to perform the migration myself, but I have located an official confirmation email from Pearson VUE regarding this exam. It is not possible to transfer certifications from one Learn profile to another due to the privacy and security policies in place. Microsoft cannot do this for you, Learn profiles are self-managed.

You should have added a personal email account to your Learn profile while you still had access to your work account [https://learn.microsoft.com/training/support/learn-profile-manage#add-login-accounts-to-your-learn-profile] to prevent you from finding yourself in the position you are now in.
