I cant find arranged by: flagged when i try to filter emails

Question

I’m using outlook 365, and I cant find arranged by: flagged when i try to filter emails. I need to filter messages with flag.

What's the type of your account?(POP/IMAP/Exchange)
And do you mean the options as shown in the below figure?

If so, as I know, when you configure your account as an IMAP account, there're not such options under Arrange by and the options can be available when you configure your account as POP and Exchange account. As a work around, please refer to the following steps:
1.Turn off the reading pane(View>Layout>Reading Pane>Off);

2.Click the flag icon to sort by the flag column;

3..Turn on the Reading Pane;

4.Save this view and rename it(View>Change View>Save Current view As a New View… )

In this way, the flagged messages will be placed on the top of Inbox, and then when you continue to flag the messages later, it will be placed on the top.
