    Dear @Ken Luna

I understand how frustrating it is when your availability isn't displaying correctly in Microsoft Bookings. Since your time zone is already set correctly, this issue usually happens when Bookings conflicts with your primary calendar's working hours or existing events.

Here is how to fix this step-by-step:

    1. Check Staff Working Hours: Go to Bookings > Staff, select your profile, and ensure your working hours cover your full availability (not just 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM). Uncheck "Use business hours" if you need to set custom staff hours.
    2. Review Service Lead Time & Increments: Go to Bookings > Services, select the service, and expand Scheduling policy. Ensure Time increments (e.g., 30 mins) and Minimum lead time are not overly restricting open slots. User's image
    3. Verify Calendar Integration: Under Staff > select your profile > ensure "Events on Office 365 calendar affect availability" is checked. If you have "All Day" events marked as Busy on your main Outlook calendar, Bookings will block those days except for unbooked gaps. User's image

For detailed steps, you can refer to the official Microsoft Bookings Scheduling Policies Documentation.

Please let me know if adjusting these settings resolves the issue for you.

A common cause is a time zone mismatch between the Bookings page and the calendar/business settings, even when one time zone setting already looks correct.

    Try this end-to-end check:

    1. Verify the booking calendar time zone in Outlook on the web.
      • Open Microsoft 365 and select Outlook.
      • Select the gear icon.
      • Search for time zone in Settings.
      • Confirm the account language and Current time zone are correct, then Save.
      • This setting controls the language and time zone of the booking calendar.
    2. Verify the Bookings self-service page time zone.
      • Open Microsoft 365 > Bookings.
      • Select Booking page.
      • Select Change language and time zone settings.
      • Confirm the correct language and time zone, then select OK.
    3. Check whether the booking page is showing times in the visitor’s local time zone.
      • By default, Bookings uses the business time zone for configuration, but the self-service page can show appointment times in the end user’s local time zone.
      • If Always show time slots in business time zone is unchecked, visitors can see slots in their own local time zones.
    4. Check service availability for the service being booked.
      • Open the service settings.
      • Select Availability Options.
      • If a date range was configured, make sure the service was not set to Not Bookable for those dates.
    5. Test the booking page again in a private/incognito browser window.
      • This helps confirm whether cached settings or browser-local time zone behavior is affecting what is shown.

If the page is still only showing 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM EDT on every day after both time zone settings are confirmed, the most likely remaining issue is that the self-service page is converting times based on local/browser time zone behavior rather than the intended business display.
