    Hi,

Could you please describe the error or exactly what you see on the screen when you turn on the laptop? Is there any indication of power, such as a light?

If you cannot access the laptop because you forgot the password, have you already tried resetting it?

Any additional information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Use the Get Help app to reach a live support person.

    1. Press Windows key + I to open Settings.
    2. Go to System.
    3. Press Tab until Get help is selected, then open it.
    4. In the search box, type a short description of the problem, such as can’t access laptop, then press Enter.
    5. If the suggested help does not solve it, select Contact Support.
    6. Choose the affected product or service.
    7. Select any additional options if prompted, then choose Confirm.
    8. Choose a contact method:
      • Chat with a support agent in your web browser
      • Provide your phone number and a support agent will call you

If the device issue is hardware-related, the support flow may also offer a repair request.

Contact options depend on hours of operation, product, scenario, and subscription.

If accessibility support is needed, Microsoft also provides the Disability Answer Desk.
