    Thank you for reaching out. If you're a new Microsoft 365 Business user and need help signing in to the OneDrive app, please try the following steps:

    1. Open the OneDrive app on your device.
    2. Enter your Microsoft 365 business email address.
    3. Select Sign in and enter your password.
    4. Complete any additional verification steps, such as Microsoft Authenticator, if prompted.
    5. Once signed in, OneDrive will begin syncing your files automatically.
