    Hi,

To better understand case volumes, categories, handling performance, and recurring issues across DAX, PAX, and MEX, you are requesting access to existing Dynamics 365 Support reports and dashboards. Based on the information provided, your requirement is limited to read-only/viewer access and does not include any editing, deletion, administration, or report management capabilities.

Please note that access to Dynamics 365 reports and data is controlled through security roles and must be reviewed and approved by the appropriate application and data owners. Dynamics 365 supports role-based access control, allowing users to be granted view-only access while preventing modification of records and reports.

For more information, please refer to the following link:

At this stage, I recommend routing the request to the D365 Application Owner and Report/Data Owner for approval and provisioning of the appropriate viewer-level permissions.

I hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to share your question if you would like further assistance.

I look forward to your thoughts on this.
