How can I get a refund for an accidental Asphalt 9 purchase made by my child?

My child accidentally made an in-game purchase in Asphalt 9 without my permission. The purchase was not intentional, and I immediately submitted a refund request, but it was denied due to Microsoft’s refund policy.

Could Microsoft please review this case again and advise me on how I can request a refund for this accidental purchase? I would really appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

    Did the accidental purchase your child made through the Microsoft Store on Windows or Mobile? If it was through this, contact Microsoft Support via this link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

    If it was made through XBOX, you may contact XBOX Support via this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptions-billing/buy-games-apps/refund-orders

    If you have gone through the refund request on the Xbox website, but have had it denied. Please can you respond to the email that they sent you. This allows you to speak directly to the refund team where you can discuss this with them.
