365 my saved data not able to open i used claude to fetch some excel sheets from 365 .

Could you clarify what happens when you try to access the Excel files?

• Did Claude create new Excel files, modify existing files, or only retrieve information from them?
• Where were the files saved: OneDrive, your computer, or within Claude?
• Can you see the files when you sign in to OneDrive on the web?
• When opening a file, is it blank, missing data, or showing an error message?
• Are you using the same Microsoft account in OneDrive and Excel?

Please also share the exact error message or a screenshot with personal information removed.

This will help me determine whether the issue is with the Excel files, OneDrive synchronization, account access, or the Claude integration.

don't use the ms copilot to work with excel.
use the excel copilot itself. this copilot can "work" with the file.
you can use ms-copilot to analyze the data , but not to do s.th. in the file
