    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    It is necessary to investigate to understand the reason for this behavior.

    The next time your Bluetooth disappears, do the following before doing anything else. Even restart your PC.

    1. Press "Windows + X" and select "Device Manager";
    2. Click on the "View" menu and select "Show hidden devices";
    3. Expand "Bluetooth";
    4. If the Bluetooth adapter is listed, right-click and select "Properties". Check for an error in "Device Status". If you see an error under Device Status, please share a screenshot.
    • If you can't identify the Bluetooth adapter, please share a screenshot of the devices under the Bluetooth category.
    • Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    Also, share a screenshot of your system information.

    • Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.

    Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    If Bluetooth keeps disappearing from Settings in Windows 11, use this order:

    1. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter
      Go to Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
      Next to Bluetooth, select Run and follow the prompts.
    2. Make sure Airplane mode is off
      Select the Network, Sound, or Battery icons on the right side of the taskbar, then confirm Airplane mode is turned off.
    3. Turn Bluetooth off and back on
      Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      Turn Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
    4. Update the Bluetooth driver
      • Select Start and open Device Manager.
      • Expand Bluetooth.
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter name, which may include the word radio.
      • Select Update driver > Search automatically for updated driver software.
      • If prompted, restart the PC.
    5. Check Windows Update
      Go to Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates and install any available updates, since some Bluetooth drivers are delivered through Windows Update.
    6. Restart the PC
      Select Start > Power > Restart.
    7. If Bluetooth is visible but devices keep disconnecting
      • Open Device Manager.
      • Expand Bluetooth and right-click the Bluetooth device.
      • Open Properties > Power Management.
      • Clear Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
      • Also try restarting Bluetooth Support Service: press Windows key + R, type services.msc, find Bluetooth Support Service, right-click it, and select Restart.
    8. Remove and pair the device again
      Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices, select More options for the problem device, then Remove device > Yes, and pair it again.

    If Bluetooth is missing entirely after these steps, check whether the PC model supports Bluetooth hardware, because some devices do not include it.
