i am using teams for windows with a poly voyager focus 2 headset for teams ( the headset is newly purchased)

I performed additional testing and observed the following behavior:

Teams Desktop for Mac: The end-of-call chime plays through the Mac's built-in speakers, even when the headphone is connected.
Teams Web App/ Teams for Windows: In my testing, the end-of-call chime was heard through the connected headphones rather than the device speakers.

To better understand your environment, could you please confirm which Teams client you are currently using?
