Office 365 will not activate

I have purchased a office 365, and when I log in I still can not edit or save my existing documents.

    Are you using the Office suite on a Windows PC or an Apple Mac computer?

    If you are using the Office apps on a Windows PC.

    Open Word.

    At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

    Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your subscription then recognized correctly.

    If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

    At the top left of your Desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?
