My email address [Moderator note: personal info removed]@wbcsservices.com.au stopped working on 18/11/25 because it claimed the password that I had changed wasn't correct. I went through the routine advised but without the 2 verifications it didn't allow me to insert a different email address so with only the code from my phone and the second verification code only going to the email address not working I have been unable to receive emails from this address. I have the domain name lodged with Microsoft and this is virtually useless without the email address. For business reasons I need to access this and the domain file but of course nothing is recognized in the initial logging phase just to access the domain admin site. I need help to access this again please?

    Hi Wayne Leslie Wilkie

I understand how difficult it can be when you’re unable to access your business email account and the verification process requires access to that same email address.

In this case, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support through one of the following options to see whether they can assist with recovering access to the account associated with your company’s Microsoft 365 subscription and domain.

1.Contact Microsoft Support by phone: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

When a call is made to support, the first step is to provide an automated voice response from AI. To connect with a real support agent, you may need to mention “Admin Center” and specify your role as a Global Administrator.

In the description of your request, it is also recommended to include the term “Admin Center.”

During the call, if you are asked whether another administrator is available, you can answer “no.” The call may then be routed to a real support agent, and a service request can be created.

2.If you are unable to reach the appropriate support team by phone, you can consider directly submitting a support request as a helpful workaround:

-Create a temporary Microsoft 365 tenant using a trial license: Go to Microsoft 365 Business Plans and Pricing and click Try for free to set up a temporary Microsoft 365 tenant with a trial license.

-Use this new account to sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and submit a support request.

-Select the Help & support (headset) icon >If Support Assistant is enabled, turn it off >Type contact support in the search box >Select Contact support, then choose Phone or Email to submit your request.

Note: This method does not require you to use the new account for your business. Instead, it allows you to create a temporary Global Administrator account so you can submit a support request. The trial account is free for one month. Be sure to delete it after submitting your support request to avoid any automatic renewals or charges from Microsoft.

For further instructions, you can follow this guide:

Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Cancel your Microsoft business subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn

    I hope this helps.
