I can not install ms word, even if I have paid for it.

Also, what Office licence or subscription do you have, is that Microsoft 365 Basis, Personal or Family or if it is a standalone version, is that Office 2024 Home, Standard or Office Pro Plus.

Try these checks in order:

1. Verify the install source.
   • If Word was purchased as part of Microsoft 365 or a digital Office purchase, reinstall from the Microsoft account services page where the purchase is attached.
