Cant get into Authenticator and cant use any authentication.

Question

I changed my iPhone and when I tried to log into the authenticator I cant get into it, so I requested a code for verification to my phone number and I never got a text and then i requested a code via email and I never got the email, I have done this multiple times over a few days.

I have tried different devices and browsers as well.

I logged into my account and tried to remove the email and number to re apply them to see if that would work but it wont allow me to because of the authenticator.

I have since tried to re enter my email but when I do it comes up with an error saying cant do that right now try again later.

I have been through every troubleshooting possible and it just always comes back to authenticate or to sent email/text which i cant do any as they never come through.

I managed to fix it, I added a alternative email and the code sent to that allowing me to log back into the authenticator.
