I pay monthly for 365. I just received a bill for an upgrade that I didn't order. I want to stay with my monthly.

Please cancel order invoice # INV-23T6GL20-77.

Thank You,

William Harris

Before cancelling the subscription, please be careful, you may loose your original subscription.

Log into your Microsoft account on this link and check the subscription that is now linked to your account, is that the new upgrade that you did not order, or the original monthly subscription and is there only one subscription listed listed on oyur account.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

Then go to the Billing section on the left, do you find the payment for the new invoice you received listed there?

To stay on the monthly plan, first check whether there are now two subscriptions or a new annual/upgrade subscription on the account that was charged.

    1. Go to Services & subscriptions and sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the charge.
    2. Look for the new subscription or upgrade.
    3. Select Cancel subscription. It might appear as Upgrade or Cancel.
    4. On the review page, choose I don't want my subscription to complete the cancellation.

    Important checks:

    • If the page shows Turn on recurring billing, the subscription is already set to expire and no further cancellation is needed.
    • If the charge came from Google Play, Apple App Store, or a third-party retailer such as Amazon or Harvey Norman, cancellation must be handled with that seller directly.
    • If the charge is unrecognized, use the Manage your payments page and select Investigate.
    • If a payment already appeared after cancellation, one reason can be cancelling too close to the billing date. Cancellations must be made more than 2 days before the billing date.

If the unwanted charge cannot be found under the expected Microsoft account, check whether a different Microsoft account was used for the purchase.

If more help is needed, use Contact Microsoft Support, enter the problem, select Get Help, and then Contact Support.
