Logged out of Email

Question

I was suddenly logged out my email 2 nights ago and I tried everything, whenever I fill out a form it gets denied, the issue is that my account has another email attached to it which I dont recognise, so when I try to reset a password it emails that other email called it**** ** **@gmail.com, I dont have a recovery code, and my form gets denied everytime so can someone please help me.

Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done to recover the account once the hacker has successfully replaced the security information.

Based on your description, your Microsoft account was compromised. The hacker was able to remove the account's primary email address/security info and replace it with their own email address.

Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.
