If the keyboard is only not working in the Office apps, that may be caused by an add-on you may have added to one of the Office apps.

Press and hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard while you open Word or Excel.

That will open the app in Safe Mode, is the keyboard then working correctly in that app?

If it is, uninstall any add-on you may have added to the Office apps and check if that resolves the problem.

If that does not resolve the problem, on your keyboard if there is a scroll lock key (ScrLk) try pressing that key or Fn + that key to toggle off scroll lock to test if that resolves the problem.

If that does not resolve the problem, the best option is to perform an online repair of the Office apps.

Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

Go to Apps, then scroll down to find Microsoft Office

Select that and choose Modify - Online Repair

That should fix any issues with your Office Installation.
