Can not open pictures using Microsoft Photos

Microsoft PHOTOS not working. I am trying to uninstall it however, it just ruffles and ruffles and never finishes. I have restarted my computer and same happens. I want to uninstall it and reinstall it.

    Hi Pat,

    If Microsoft Photos won't open and the Uninstall button just keeps spinning without completing, you may try Repair or Reset first, then reinstall Microsoft Photos through the Microsoft Store.

    1/ Repair and Reset Microsoft Photos before a full reinstall

    • Open Settings > Apps > Installed apps (or Apps & features).
    • Find Microsoft Photos.
    • Select Advanced options.
    • Click Repair.
    • If the issue persists, click Reset.

    2/ Reinstall Microsoft Photos from the Microsoft Store

    3/ Reset the Microsoft Store if Photos will not install

    • Press Windows key + R.
    • Enter wsreset.exe.
    • Select OK.
    • Search for Microsoft Photos and try the installation again.
