Hi @Terrylee67!! , Welcome in Community

Reset completely printer spooler with these steps:

Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS and delete everything inside the folder to clear out any hung jobs that might be locking the queue. Before restarting the service, run printui.exe /s /t2 from the Run dialog, select your printer driver, and choose Remove driver and driver package. Once completely stripped, restart the Spooler service and cleanly reinstall the driver

Download the driver from the official support page of the printer, connect the printer ONLY when requested by the software, then restart windows

    Let me know

Since Microsoft 365 and the printer were already reinstalled, focus on Windows printer detection and driver state first.

    1. Test whether this is an Office-only problem.
      • Open WordPad.
      • Create a new file, type This is a test.
      • Select File > Print.
      • If WordPad also cannot print, the problem is not specific to Office.
    2. Update or reinstall the printer driver.
      • Select Start > Device Manager.
      • Expand Printers.
      • Right-click the printer and select Update driver.
      • If no update is available, select Uninstall device.
      • Restart the PC so Windows can try to reinstall the printer driver automatically.
      • Outdated or incompatible drivers can cause “printer not found” or “printer not recognized” errors.
    3. Remove and reinstall the printer again from Windows settings.
      • Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
      • Select the printer and click Remove.
      • Then select Add device next to Add a printer or scanner.
      • Follow the prompts to reinstall it.
    4. Set the printer as the default printer.
      • Go to Start > Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
      • Select the printer > Manage > Set as default.
      • This can resolve cases where Windows does not use the correct printer for Office documents.
    5. Run the Windows printer troubleshooter.
      • On Windows 10, the automated Printer troubleshooter in Get Help can run diagnostics and attempt repairs.
    6. If Windows can print outside Office but Office still cannot print, test a new Office file.
      • Open Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
      • Create a blank file, add a few words, and print it.
      • If the new file prints, the original document may be damaged.
      • If neither the original nor the test file prints, run an Office repair.
    7. Run an Office repair.
      • Follow the steps in Repair an Office application and then test printing again.

If the printer is still reported as not found after these steps, the most likely causes in the provided guidance are:

    • printer driver problems
    • Windows not recognizing the printer correctly
    • incorrect default printer settings
    • a broader Windows printer connection issue rather than an Office reinstall issue
