I had to uninstall and then reinstall my entire 365 suite in order to fix a problem with Outlook (365). But the reinstalled version of outlook appears the same as before. Nothing has changed. Please advise.

Reinstalling Microsoft 365 usually does not reset Outlook itself. Outlook can reuse the existing profile, accounts, data files and settings, so after reinstalling it may look exactly the same as before.

Instead of reinstalling again, I recommend creating a fresh Outlook profile. Close Outlook, hold the Shift key while starting Outlook, select Options > New, create a new profile and add your email account. Microsoft’s instructions are here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/create-an-outlook-profile

Do not delete the old profile yet. Test Outlook with the new profile first. If the original problem is still present, please tell us exactly what Outlook is doing or any error message you receive, as reinstalling again is unlikely to help.
