Recently, I am unable to view pages on the consumer Copilot (not M365) via Library → Pages, whereas if I open Projects → (Project Name) → Creations and if I opened one or created a new page and went to the library, they briefly appear.

I have noted that:

  • I am logged onto the same account where my pages are created.
  • Affects web, mobile app and Windows app.
  • Some users are affected.

    Hi,

This looks like it could be a Copilot Pages/Library synchronization issue.

Could you please try the following steps?

    1. Sign out of Copilot and sign back in using the same Microsoft account.
    2. Go to Projects → your project → Creations and check if the missing Page is there.
    3. Open the Page, then go back to Library → Pages and refresh the page.
    4. If it’s still missing, try accessing Copilot from another browser or using a private/incognito window.
    5. Also check if the same issue occurs on both the web and mobile apps.

If the Page appears for a short time and then disappears again, please report the issue through Copilot → Help/Feedback → Report a problem.

If the issue continues across the web, mobile, and Windows versions, it’s likely a service-side synchronization issue rather than a problem with the individual Page.

    Hello HSanchezANV,

I’m sorry you’re experiencing this. Since the same issue occurs on the web, mobile app, and Windows app, and the pages briefly return after being opened from Projects, it seems more likely to be a Copilot Library synchronization issue than a problem with your device.

Please try the options below and check whether the issue continues:

    1. Open Library > Pages, check the All sources filter, and select Created by you.
    2. Sign out of Copilot on all devices, close the apps or browser, then sign back in using the same personal Microsoft account.
    3. On the web, test Copilot in an InPrivate or Incognito window. If the pages appear there, clear the site data and cookies for Copilot in your regular browser.
    4. Continue accessing important pages through Projects > Project name > Creations for now, and keep a separate copy of any important content.

If the pages remain missing across every platform, I suggest submitting feedback from Copilot through Settings > Feedback and include screenshots, affected page names, and the approximate date the problem started. This will help the product team investigate the issue further, as reports posted on this forum do not usually reach them directly.

Please note that this is a user-to-user forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, cannot access back-end systems or directly intervene in Microsoft product features. We can only share suggestions based on our findings and personal experiences.

Thank you so much for your patience and your understanding!
