I am writing to request your help in recovering my old emails from before 2016.

These emails are extremely important and meaningful to me, as they include old conversations and memories with friends from my school days, going back as far as 1998.

I understand that these emails may be very old, but I would truly appreciate it if you could check whether there is any way to retrieve or restore them. They have significant sentimental value to me, and I would be very grateful for any assistance you can provide.

This forum is dedicated to issues with classic Outlook for Windows. Is that what you're using? If so, which version? If not, what do you use to access your mailbox? Who is your mail provider - that is, what follows the @ in your address? What type of account (POP, IMAP, Exchange) are you using? If you log into your mailbox using a web browser and search for one of the older messages, do you find it then? Do you make regular backups of the messages you deem important?
