MCT ISSUE need to be fixed

Hello ,

i have multiple issues with my MCT account and renewal phrases .

i need to contact with someone so i can give screen shots with my errors and help me out to renew it please .

For MCT renewal, support is handled through the MCT Portal or Credentials Support, and screenshots can be included in the support request.

1. Go to the MCT Portal: https://aka.ms/mctportal
   • Use the support options there for enrollment, renewal, benefits, or portal issues.
   • MCT support typically responds within 24 business hours to 1–2 business days.
2. If a formal support case is needed, submit it through the online support request: https://aka.ms/Credentials-Support
   • Select Learning for Product family.
   • Select Microsoft Credentials for Product or Service.
   • Choose the category closest to the MCT renewal issue.
   • Select Professional No Charge.
   • Choose Email as the contact method.
3. In the case details, include:
   • A clear summary of each MCT renewal or account issue
   • Learn Username
   • Screenshots of the error messages
4. If the issue is specifically program-related, contact the MCT Program at the address listed in the MCT renewal and enrollment support pages.
5. If MCT status has expired and reinstatement is required, reinstatement requires:
   • prior good standing
   • agreement to the MCT Program Agreement
   • a valid MCT-qualifying certification in the Learn profile
   • additional proof of instructional skills if the status has lapsed for more than 3 years
