Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi @Michael Dixon,
I'm sorry to hear that your credit card was compromised and that you're also having difficulty accessing your Outlook account.
Unfortunately, if this is a Microsoft 365 Business subscription, updating the payment method can only be done by a user who has the appropriate admin or billing permissions in the Microsoft 365 tenant. Standard users do not have the ability to add or change the credit card associated with the organization's subscription.
Because of this, you won't be able to upload a new payment method yourself without administrator involvement, even if the current administrator is away on holiday.
If your subscription was purchased through a Microsoft partner, I recommend contacting the partner's support service directly and asking whether they can assist with updating the billing information or advise on available options while your administrator is unavailable.
If your organization has another Global Administrator or Billing Administrator, I would recommend contacting them for assistance.
If there are no other admins available, you may need to wait for the administrator to return and update the payment details.
I hope this helps clarify the situation.
Kind Regards.
