AI Skills Fest 2026 Voucher Expired After Pearson VUE Bot Advised Cancellation

Hi Microsoft Support Team,

I had a 100% discount voucher from the AI Skills Fest 2026. I originally used it to book the AZ-500 exam. I wanted to change my exam to SC-500. I used the Pearson VUE chat tool, and the automated system explicitly instructed me to cancel my existing exam and rebook the new one.

I followed those instructions and cancelled the exam, but now when I try to book SC-500, the system says the voucher is expired. I spoke to a live Pearson VUE agent named Daisy who logged this under Case Number 42449448, but she told me I have to wait to call the reservations team tomorrow.

Since I only cancelled the exam because the Pearson VUE help system told me to do so, could a Microsoft moderator please help me investigate this and reissue a valid 100% discount code so I can register for my SC-500 exam?

The AI Skills Fest voucher had to be used by August 18th - this was clearly stated in the email sent with the voucher.

By cancelling the exam appointment, the voucher was released but now cannot be used. It is not possible to extend or reissue the voucher.

You need to wait for Pearson Vue to respond.
